2 Bus Lines to Offer Rose Parade Transit
The Southern California Rapid Transit District will operate two bus lines between the San Fernando Valley and Pasadena to take passengers to and from the Rose Parade on New Year’s Day. Bus lines 420 and 424--serving Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Panorama City, Van Nuys and North Hollywood--will leave for Pasadena between 4 and 7 a.m., returning between 11 a.m. and 12:35 p.m.
Once passengers arrive in Pasadena, they can board an RTD shuttle from downtown Pasadena to the Rose Bowl. Bus fares for the special New Year’s Day service will be $3 each way. No discount fares will be honored.
