Film Land: Cinematographer F. A. “Freddie” Young, who won Oscars for his work on “Lawrence of Arabia,” “Dr. Zhivago” and “Ryan’s Daughter,” will receive an international achievement award from the American Society of Cinematographers at the seventh annual ASC banquet Feb. 21. . . . The lifetime achievements of Erich Kaestner, designer engineer of Arriflex cameras (one of the industry’s most-used series of cameras), have earned him the Gordon E.
