Dear Bill: Voice of Reason, a new L.A.-based independent record label that produces “socially conscious” music addressing political problems, has released its first single, a “lyrical letter” to President-elect Bill Clinton called “Get It Back to Where It Was,” by L.A. singer and songwriter Jeff Saxon. The acoustic ballad has received its first airplay on KMJX-FM in Little Rock, Ark.--reportedly Clinton’s favorite station.
