Unisys Reports Healthy 4th-Quarter Profit: Computer maker Unisys Corp. reported a fourth-quarter profit of $139.2 million, a sharp contrast with a massive loss by rival International Business Machines Corp. Unisys said its profit for 1992 as a whole was $361.2 million, or $1.40 a share, contrasted with a loss of $1.4 billion, or $9.37 a share, a year earlier, when it took a huge charge to fund a wrenching corporate restructuring.
