CBS Leads Cinematography Nominees List

CBS captured seven of the 15 nominations for achievement awards in television categories from the American Society of Cinematographers.
Winners will be announced at the organization’s annual dinner Feb. 21. The nominees, announced Monday:
Episodic: John C. Flinn III, “Jake and the Fatman,” CBS; Ross Maehl, “Young Riders,” ABC; Frank Prinzi, “Northern Exposure,” CBS; Michael Watkins, “Quantum Leap,” NBC; Kenneth D. Zunder, “Brooklyn Bridge,” CBS.
Miniseries: Michael Longo, “MGM: When the Lion Roars,” TNT; Tom Priestley, “Intruders, Part II,” CBS; Reynaldo Villalobos, “Sinatra, Part I,” CBS; Kees Van Oostrum, “Burden of Proof,” ABC; Roy Wagner, “Drug Wars, Part I,” NBC.
Movie of the week: Paul Elliott, “Citizen Cohn,” HBO; Johnny Jensen, “An American Story,” CBS; Larry Revene, “Affairs of the Heart,” Cinemax; Richard Rawlings Jr., “When Nobody Would Listen,” CBS; Vilmos Zsigmond, “Stalin,” HBO.
