HAPPY ENDING? Shannon Tempane-Moser of New York City has been trying without success for two years to reach Teri Smith, who had lived with her family in Orange from 1969 to 1975. The family moved away and lost contact with Smith. The New Yorker’s efforts to find Smith will be highlighted tonight on NBC’s “Unsolved Mysteries” (Channel 4 at 8) . . . . “I know there are people in Orange County who know her and hopefully someone will call in,” she says.
