Coastal Access on the PV Peninsula

I am writing with reference to your excellent article on the coastal development of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Specifically, I should like to know how the Coastal Commission is going to implement its wise decision to . . . reopen beach access to the public (at Lunada Point).

As a Rancho Palos Verdes resident who walked along the trails up to the recent fencing, I am unable to proceed unless the property owners move their fencing back so that trails and coastal access are returned to the public. Given the Coastal Commission decision and the restrictive fencing, my only other choice is a risky one, rappelling the cliffs.

Again, I applaud your article and the Coastal Commission decision.
