PEDAL PUSHERS: Leaders of the Orange County Bicycle Coalition have sent a written message to Harriett M. Wieder, the new chairman of the Board of Supervisors: They aren’t happy. They want more bicycle trails in the master plan, for both commuters and recreational riders. . . . They also want bike issues transferred from the Environmental Management Agency to the County Transportation Authority. Unless, says the bike group’s chairman, Michael Mott, “the supervisors provide EMA bicycle planners more authority.”
