Jerry’s Ratings: Thursday night’s a charm for NBC’s “Seinfeld.” After making the switch from Wednesdays to Thursday nights at 9:30 p.m. last week, the show starring comedian Jerry Seinfeld drew its highest rating ever--a 17.9, 27 share--10 share points better than the “Seinfeld” average on Wednesday nights. Each national rating point equals 931,000 TV households; a share is the percentage of those tuned into TV watching a particular program.
