AIDS WATCH: Orange County’s growing battle with AIDS got financial help Tuesday--nearly $1 million from a federal emergency fund named after AIDS victim Ryan White. The county qualified last March in a most daunting fashion--recording its 2,000th AIDS case. . . . “This is going to mean that services will be much more readily available,” says Penny Weismuller of the county’s Health Care Agency. Part of the money will go toward developing counseling programs.
