IT’S NOT SPIKED: Spike Lee is going to make it here after all. The filmmaker was on his way to UC Irvine last April to talk about his new movie, “Malcolm X,” when he got caught in freeway congestion on the second day of the Los Angeles riots and was forced to cancel. . . . Lee has rescheduled his appearance at UCI’s Bren Events Center for April 27, 7 p.m.--the same week but a year later.
