Cuban Cure?: A Cuban doctor Sunday offered to treat pop star Michael Jackson for a skin pigmentation disease as an act of “international goodwill.” Dr. Carlos Miyares Cao runs a special clinic on the island that treats sufferers of vitiligo, a disease that causes progressive loss of skin color.
