Countywide : Consulate to Offer Passport Services
Philippine nationals and others planning to visit the Philippines can apply for visas, passports and other documents today at the Ventura County Government Center.
Edwin Bael, the Philippine consulate general of Los Angeles, will offer the services today only, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors Small Conference Room on the fourth floor of the center at 800 S. Victoria Ave.
