PLAY IT AGAIN: Seems Seal Beach attorney Steven R. Pingel is so used to filing sex harassment lawsuits against Orange County police agencies and cities that he’s repeating himself. . . . Last year, he filed suit against Newport Beach. Rushing to file a new case against Irvine this week, he listed the defendant as Newport Beach in part of the lawsuit. “I can’t believe I did that!” he said. “That last part, it was, like, boilerplate from an earlier suit.”
