A mother and daughter were killed Saturday afternoon when their truck crossed a divider on Pacific Coast Highway and hit a parked road grader, Huntington Beach police said.
The 1989 Chevrolet pickup truck traveling north on the highway near Beach Boulevard crossed into the southbound lanes and hit the other vehicle at about 4:25 p.m., police said.
