Clyde Drexler of the Portland Trail Blazers will be sidelined for up to two weeks because of a strained tendon in his left hamstring, the team said.
Drexler, 29, suffered the injury early in the fourth quarter of the Trail Blazers’ 122-110 loss at Boston on Sunday night.
No decision has been made as to whether Drexler will be placed on the injured list, team spokesman John Lashway said.
Drexler, Portland’s team captain, will sit out at least five games.
