Gylan Dottin and Joe Temple each scored 21 points and the University of San Diego set a school record for free-throw accuracy as the Toreros routed Cal State Northridge, 82-51, Tuesday at the USD Sports Center.

San Diego (13-13) set a school record by making its first 18 free throws against Northridge. After Dottin missed, with 2:49 to play, the Toreros made five more in a row.

Northridge (10-17), playing its season finale, was led by Andre Chevalier and Chris Yard, who each scored 13 points. The Matadors shot only 37.8% and, needing three three-point baskets to set a school single-season record, made only one of 12 shots from beyond the three-point line.
