Drug Charges: Slaughter guitarist Timothy Patrick Kelly and the band’s tour manager, Scott C. Cadwallader were arrested recently on federal narcotics charges stemming from a 1987 incident in which the two allegedly delivered a kilogram of cocaine to a man in Philadelphia. The Drug Enforcement Agency alleges the two are part of a smuggling ring responsible for sending cocaine from California to other states. The DEA recently unsealed the pair’s indictment records, stating, “Rock musicians are admired by . . . Americans. It is deplorable that these entertainers are engaged in drug trafficking.”
