Another for Eastwood: In one of his last pre-Oscar awards, Clint Eastwood picked up the ACE Golden Eddie Award for his “contribution to the art of editing,” and “Unforgiven” was named the best-edited feature film during the 43rd annual American Cinema Editors Awards at the Beverly Hilton. Other winners: “MGM: When the Lion Roars, Part II,” documentary; “The Burden of Proof,” miniseries; “Citizen Cohn,” TV movie; “Brooklyn Bridge,” half-hour TV series; and “Quantum Leap,” one-hour TV series.
