Fiery Deaths at Waco Compound
I am an emigrant and have been a citizen for a few years. When I arrived here 10 years ago I thought that I was going to live in a country where democracy is practiced and that an individual cannot and will not be sacrificed for the good of the many. But what happened in Waco changed my perception of America. We are no better than the Serbians who are killing children.
Why did the authorities have to wait 51 days and see the same result? There is no excuse for killing those children. We spend hundreds of millions of dollars to save the children in Somalia and other places and allow American children to be slaughtered. You cannot blame that on Koresh, who everybody says was a madman. The blame goes to the authorities who say they are sane. I am outraged and appalled!
