PLACENTIA : City Council Fills Commission Posts

Several openings on city commissions were filled by the Placentia City Council last week.
LeRoy Sanchez, an electrical engineer, and George Petzoldt, director and general manager of Thrifty Drug Corp., were appointed to the Planning Commission.
Bruce Fox, a manager, was appointed to the Traffic Safety Commission.
The council also filled openings on two advisory committees.
Helen Dahlquist, a gerontologist, was appointed to the Advisory Committee for the Disabled, and Bill Brown, who is retired, will serve on the Refuse and Recycling Committee.
