The NBA is considering Toronto and Vancouver as the most likely candidates for expansion in two years.
The NBA Expansion Committee reviewed applications from Toronto, Vancouver and Tampa-St. Petersburg, but indications are that a Canadian city will get first crack at a new NBA team, probably in 1995-96.
