EARLY WORRIES: Here’s how concerned some people are about potential budget cuts: more than 40 Santa Ana residents told county supervisors this week that they are worried about losing mental health services at Clinica Nueva Esperanza. . . . Problem is, the county hasn’t even considered a formal proposal to end the contract. The surprised supervisors asked the residents to come back for budget talks on June 8.
