No Decision on Charges Against Dr. Kevorkian

DETROIT —
Prosecutors said Monday they haven’t yet decided whether to file charges against Jack Kevorkian in the latest suicide witnessed by the retired doctor.
The results of the police investigation are expected later this week and a decision will be made then, Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Richard Padzieski said. Kevorkian, a retired pathologist, was present Sunday when Ron Mansur, 54, inhaled carbon monoxide gas and died.
