UCLA has announced the establishment of the Tom Bradley Archive.

Writings, recordings, memorabilia and other materials relating to Bradley’s two decades as mayor of Los Angeles will be housed on the Westwood campus.

The university also announced its intention of naming a new international center on campus after the retiring mayor. The Tom Bradley International Center will contain a permanent display of Bradley memorabilia.

A 1941 graduate of the university, Bradley was the top quarter-miler on the track team. In 1974 he was named Edward A. Dickson Alumnus of the Year, the highest honor of the UCLA Alumni Assn.
