The Rose Returns: Film and pop star Bette Midler will conduct her first national concert tour in a decade, she announced Thursday. The five-month tour beginning in August includes an unprecedented four-week stint at the Radio City Music Hall in September. Midler will sing her hits--”Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Rose,” “Do You Want to Dance”--as well as tunes from “Gypsy,” the TV musical she is shooting for CBS.
