Forward Terry Davis of the Dallas Mavericks was released from the hospital after a May 2 car accident in Virginia that left him with a shattered left elbow.
Davis, 25, has had six operations, including reconstructive surgery on May 18. Doctors would not speculate as to when he might be able to play basketball again.
