Tim Harris of the Philadelphia Eagles was arraigned on a drunk driving charge that could result in his suspension from the NFL. Harris was stopped May 6 in Santa Cruz with a blood-alcohol level of .10, according to the California Highway Patrol. The state classifies anyone with a .08 level or more as legally drunk.
