Punch Lines: Comedians will continue to do stand-up and then sit down and yak about their craft with Robert Klein on “E! Stand-Up/Sit-Down Comedy.” Klein’s show on the cable entertainment network E! has been renewed for 39 additional episodes; new episodes begin airing Friday. . . . Comedian Howie Mandel will host a comedy benefit for L.A.’s Covenant House, a center for the homeless and runaway kids, on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Hollywood. Pauly Shore, Bob Saget and Richard Jeni will perform. . . . Cable’s Comedy Central is all over the first Toyota Comedy Festival, which begins Thursday in New York City. The channel will provide daily coverage of the fest, starting with the opening ceremony in New York’s Bryant Park through the grand finale, an HBO-sponsored gala, on June 12.
