Discount Outlets Open: Mac Frugal’s Bargains--Close-outs Inc., the parent company of the Pic ‘N’ Save stores, has opened in Santa Ana. The new location is the fifth that Pic ‘N’ Save has opened in the past eight months and brings the local store count to 12. Another Pic ‘N’ Save will open later this month in Huntington Beach.
“These new stores exemplify our commitment to an aggressive expansion plan in this market over the next two years,” said Len Williams, president and chief executive officer of Mac Frugal’s Bargains--Close-outs. The company, based in Dominguez, operates 213 retail stores in 12 states.
