Management: Brillstein/Grey Entertainment, the management and production company best known for representing comedy stars such as Dana Carvey and Garry Shandling, has added to its roster of dramatic actors by signing Mickey Rourke. Rourke, who will retain Creative Artists Agency, is expected to work with Brillstein/Grey’s Cynthia Pett. The company’s other clients include Brad Pitt and Nicolas Cage. . . .
