Jack Clark, who hit 340 home runs while playing for five teams in 18 major league seasons, was granted his release from the Montreal Expos so he can attend to personal affairs. Clark filed for personal bankruptcy last year and has been trying to sort out his situation since. . . . The Cincinnati Reds activated pitcher Kevin Wickander and returned reliever Scott Service to triple-A Indianapolis.
