The Indianapolis Motor Speedway will have a new three-story administrative building next year, in time for the Indianapolis 500 and the debut of the stock car Brickyard 400.
The new structure will be behind the old museum building, which has stood on the corner of 16th Street and Georgetown Road since 1956. That will be torn down.
