Matthews Studio Equipment Group, a Burbank firm that sells and rents camera and lighting equipment to the film industry, said Brian Hartley has joined the firm’s resale division and will be based in Sun Valley. Hartley was previously with the Rank Organization’s Strand Lighting Co.
