MOORPARK : Motorist Killed After Car Hits Power Pole
A Moorpark man died when his car crashed into a power pole near California 118, coroner’s officials said Monday.
Montey Kidd, 36, was northbound on Hitch Boulevard Sunday night when he lost control of his car and slammed into a telephone pole, Coroner Dale Zentzis said.
The car split in two and Kidd was thrown from the vehicle. He was taken to Los Robles Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead of multiple injuries.
