Pacific Coast Graphics Inc. moved only a quarter of a mile to its new plant in Newbury Park, but the relocation increased the firm’s working space sixfold.
Pacific Coast, which designs, prints and embroiders T-shirts and other promotional garments for MTV, Nickelodeon, Champion International and other well-known clients, has moved into a 12,000-square-foot plant on Teller Road. Its former headquarters on Rancho Conejo Boulevard measured 2,000 square feet.
“We bought a new 16-station screening press, so we had to expand to make room for the press,” spokesman Scott Linder said.
Pacific Coast, founded in 1987, has 18 employees. The privately held company’s annual sales passed the million-dollar mark last year, Linder said.
