Garden Grove : Elks Lodge District Leader Appointed

Frank Rizuto, a member of Garden Grove Lodge No. 1952, has been appointed a district deputy grand exalted ruler of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
There are more than 250 districts in the United States, and Rizuto will assist Charles Williams of Plano, Tex., the newly installed national leader of the Elks, in promoting and coordinating the organization’s scholarship, drug awareness, veterans and patriotism programs.
