Quadratron Systems Inc., a Westlake Village supplier of office-automation software, named Tom Harincar, formerly its chief financial officer, president and chief executive officer.

Harincar succeeds Monib Khademi, who resigned as president and chief executive last year. Since Khademi’s departure, Quadratron has been run by a troika of its executives that included Harincar, Alexander Salottolo, U.S. sales director, and Tom Friel, technical-services director.

The company said it expects to name a new chief financial officer in a few weeks.
