FULLERTON : Subsidized Lunches Available at Schools
Students may now apply for free or reduced-price lunches at schools in the Fullerton School District.
To qualify a child for a free meal, a family of four, for example, can earn no more than $18,655 a year. Reduced-price lunches also are available, and to qualify a family of four can earn no more than $26,542.
Income guidelines vary with a family’s size.
Children in families that receive food stamps or Aid to Families with Dependent Children are automatically eligible for free lunches.
Parents must fill out a form to apply for free or discounted lunches for their children.
All income must be disclosed in the application, which is available at the principal’s office of each school in the district.
