John Swisshelm and Sharon Lynne were named top male and female entertainers at Sunday’s 1993 award ceremony of the Orange Blossom Special chapter of the California Country Music Assn. American Made took the award for top vocal group. Winners, all of whom perform regularly in Orange County, will compete for CCMA state honors on Oct. 24 at the Phoenix Club in Anaheim.

Today through Thursday, South Coast Repertory will hold three evening open houses designed for members of the education community and hospitality industry, and people who work near the theater.
