SAN DIEGO--The 10th American Indian Day, featuring arts and crafts, music, dance and food, will take place Saturday and next Sunday from 9 a.m. to dusk at Balboa Park, Park Boulevard and President’s Way. Free. (619) 281-5964.

HANFORD--Lion dancers and martial arts demonstrations will be part of the 14th Moon Festival, noon-5 p.m. Oct. 2. LAKE MIRAMAR--Scenic Lake Miramar will be the setting for the second San Diego County American Heart Walk on Oct. 2. Registration for the five-mile walk is at 7:30; the walk is at 8:30.
