VENTURA : Police Seek Father in Boy’s Abduction

Ventura police are looking for a 30-year-old father suspected of stealing his infant son from the child’s mother as she and the baby were heading home from church.
The father, Raudel Garcia, had been barred by court order from having contact with his wife, Marisela Villegas, or the child, police said.
Garcia allegedly snatched 14-month-old Luis Garcia about 7 p.m. on Thursday as Villegas walked with the baby in the 1400 block of North Ventura Avenue.
