THE MIGHTIEST DUCK: Real estate-rich Dick O’Neill of San Juan Capistrano is listed in the Forbes’ family section, at $500 million. Missing from last year is the Costa Mesa-based Segerstrom family. A Forbes spokeswoman theorized its $400 million dropped a bunch with both hotels and real estate values down. Segerstrom spokesman Malcolm Ross chuckles at Forbes theories: “Let’s just say we’re still in business.” . . . . Angels owner Gene Autry is still rich enough to make the Big 400. . . . But here’s a newcomer familiar to Orange County: Disney/Mighty Ducks honcho Michael Eisner, whose stock options inched him on at $300 million.
