Readers Still Burned Over Strawberry Remark
Darryl, we know you didn’t mean it literally. We know the media, especially the guy in San Diego, blew the comment out of proportion.
Problem is, good buddy, if I had just lost my home in a fire and I heard one of my supposed friends say to a group of reporters, “Good, let the whole place burn down,” I wouldn’t just think you are a rude, selfish and disrespectful person as much as just a bad friend. And if you are a bad friend, I can only imagine what kind of a person you really are.
