The Driver’s Guide To Traffic Trouble

Road closures and repair work on freeways and surface streets in and around the Valley. Information has been provided by Caltrans and cities.

PALMDALE

* At Sierra Highway: Avenue P, from Sierra Highway to the Antelope Valley Freeway (14) will have lane closures and traffic restrictions indefinitely.

* At Vicker Way: The intersection of Vicker Way and Avenue O-8 will have intermittent closures and traffic restrictions indefinitely.

* At Palmdale Boulevard: There will be lane closures and restrictions indefinitely at 35th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard.

HOLLYWOOD FREEWAY (101)

* At Barham Boulevard: One southbound lane will be closed from Barham Boulevard to Highland Avenue, including the Barham Boulevard on- and off-ramps, from 6 a.m. to noon today.

* At Highland Avenue: One southbound lane will be closed from Barham Boulevard to Highland Avenue, including the Barham Boulevard on-ramp and the Highland Avenue off-ramp, from 6 a.m. to noon Sunday.

* At Cahuenga Boulevard: The southbound Cahuenga Boulevard off-ramp and the Highland Avenue on-ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon Monday.

* At Lankershim Boulevard: The northbound Lankershim Boulevard off-ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

* At Hollywood Boulevard: The southbound Argyle-Franklin on-ramp and the Hollywood Boulevard off-ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday.

HOLLYWOOD FREEWAY (170)

* At Sherman Way: The northbound Sherman Way on-ramp will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. today.

* At Riverside Drive: One southbound lane will be closed from Riverside Drive to the Ventura Freeway (134) overcrossing from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. today.

GOLDEN STATE FREEWAY (5)

* Brand Boulevard: The northbound Brand Boulevard off-ramp will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.

CAHUENGA WEST (170)

* At Mulholland Drive: Two southbound lanes will be closed from Mulholland Drive to Odin Street from 6 a.m. to noon today and Sunday.

FOOTHILL FREEWAY (210)

* At Yarnell Street: The eastbound Yarnell Street off-ramp will be closed from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday.

* At Yarnell Street: The eastbound Yarnell Street on-ramp will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

* At San Gabriel Boulevard: The eastbound San Gabriel Boulevard on-ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday.

HENRY MAYO DRIVE (126)

* At the Golden State Freeway: One lane of the eastbound connector to the northbound Golden State Freeway (5) will be closed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday.

SANTA PAULA FREEWAY (126)

* At the Ventura Freeway: One lane of the westbound connector to the Ventura Freeway (101) will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday.

OJAI FREEWAY (33)

* At the Ventura Freeway: One lane of the southbound connector to the Ventura Freeway (101) will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

SANTA MONICA FREEWAY (10)

* At Western Avenue: The eastbound Western Avenue off-ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday.

* At Soto Street: The westbound Soto Street on-ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday.

* At Fairfax Avenue: The eastbound Fairfax Avenue off-ramp will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

BURBANK

* At 3rd Street: Only one westbound lane will be open on Angeleno Avenue through the end of the year from 3rd Street to Glenoaks Boulevard.

* At Hollywood Way: Only one lane will be open in each direction of Vanowen Street from Hollywood Way to Buena Vista Street through mid-December.
