HARBOR AREA : Former Flores Aide Named Liaison to Mayor’s Office
Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan on Friday named Ann D’Amato as his representative in the Harbor Area, bringing to six the number of community liaisons in the mayor’s office.
D’Amato, a San Pedro native who attended Harbor College, was chief field deputy to former Councilwoman Joan Milke Flores.
“I love the Harbor Area and plan to work tirelessly to bring City Hall to the residents and the community,” said D’Amato, who will staff the mayor’s Harbor office at 638 Beacon St. in San Pedro.
