More than $1,000 has been donated to memorial funds set up this past weekend for family members of two people killed earlier this month at the Oxnard unemployment office.

Trust funds for the families of Phillip Villegas, 43, and Richard Bateman, 65, were set up by the St. John’s Regional Medical Center Foundation in Oxnard.

Villegas and Bateman were among three killed when unemployed computer engineer Alan Winterbourne went on a shooting spree inside the Oxnard office on Dec. 2.
