IRVINE : Children’s Fund Gets $38,500 in Grants
The Irvine Children’s Fund announced this month that it has received $38,500 in grants that will go toward improving its child care services.
The grants were awarded by the Irvine Health Foundation and the Orangewood Foundation.
Additional funds came from a community block grant from the city of Irvine.
The money will be used in part to provide scholarships to families who cannot afford child care.
