New York Ranger Coach Mike Keenan and right wing Steve Larmer made a triumphant return to Chicago on Sunday night as the Rangers defeated the Blackhawks, 5-1.

Keenan, the former coach and general manager of the Blackhawks, watched from bench as the Rangers played their final regular-season game at Chicago Stadium.

Larmer scored 406 goals in 13 seasons with the Blackhawks before he was traded to the Rangers last November. Larmer beat Ed Belfour on a penalty shot in the third period for the final Ranger goal. “I was nervous, excited,” Larmer said of the penalty shot. “I got lucky and made a good shot as a lot of different things went through (my) head.”
