New Arrest in Skating Attack
Tonya Harding’s former husband was arrested and charged Wednesday with financing and plotting the attack on rival Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan. Harding was not charged, but one confessed accomplice, relying on secondhand information, implicated her.
